Up & Over Technique

OK....here's the first technique just as I promised yesterday! Now, I made this card some time back so I can't "promise" that the products I used are still available. But, here it is anyway. The technique is called Up & Over. First you stamp your image on the "center" cardstock (in this case the Whisper White. Then, attach the center piece to the "mat" and then to the card base and then stamp the image again and again. It's really pretty basic. It just makes it look like your stamped image has "bled over" onto the background and base pieces. If you want more specific instructions please email me. I have the print out of the technique in a notebook. Here is a list of the products I used to make my sample card.

Stamp set: Elements of Style

Cardstock: Whisper White, Basic Gray, Cherry Cobbler

Ink: Basic Gray, Cherry Cobbler, Encore! Silver

Other: Basic Black 1/8" Taffeta ribbon, Iridescent Ice embossing powder, heat tool

All products made by/sold by Stampin' Up!
