Forever Hearts of Rubber swap

This cute little Halloween Post-It note holder was created by Linda Wright. Linda is in the same Stampin' Up! demo group that I am in. We had a swap for our August meeting and this is one of the items that she brought. The first picture shows the front cover (obviously!) and the second shows it opened up.

As I promised yesterday, here are the cards I received for the August swap! If the maker added something to let me know who they were, I added their name to the image. All of the products used are made/sold by Stampin' Up!

I made this card to send to a friend of mine who has a birthday coming up. It was really quick and simple to make! Owl punch ghost

This card was created by fellow demonstrator Gayla O'Dell! See the little ghost? It's made using part of the owl punch!! SUCH imagination! I can't say that I "saw" a ghost when I looked at that punch! The ghost is the body part of the owl turned upside-down and with the feet of the owl trimmed off! You can see more of Gayla's creations by visiting Mega Stampin Studio at http://www.megastampinstudio.com or by going to Two Paper Divas. There is a button for Two Paper Divas over on the right sidebar. Both sites are shared by Gayla and Melissa Rodgers. Both ladies are TOO creative for their own good!

Forever Hearts of Rubber swap

Forever Hearts of Rubber is the name of my Stampin' Up group here in Missouri/Kansas. I don't even know just how many of us there are but there are quite a few and they are all such talented ladies and great Stampin' Up demos! I am not usually able to go to the monthly meetings because most of them live over in Kansas and the meeting place is just too far for me to go. But, in August we had it at the home of one of the demos that lives just 30 minutes from me! I was SO happy to be able to attend. We did a swap and this was what I made for the swap. I took pics of the other swap items too so I'll be sharing those with you over the next week or so! Unfortunately I did not write down just what I used to make this card so I am playing off memory and sight here!

Stamp sets: Punched Posies, Sincere Salutations

Cardstock/Paper: Pacific Point, Sahara Sand, Very Vanilla, Blueberry Crisp DSP

Ink: Pacific Point

Other: Scallop Circle punch, stick-on gem (not Stampin' Up!)

All products (except stick-on gem) made by Stampin' Up!

another card by Diane Noble

This is another card designed by Diane Noble. If you look at my previous post you will find a link to her site. She always does such a beautiful job! And, she ALWAYS has some design to the inside of the card. The second picture above is a picture of the inside of the card. For some reason that's not something I ever think of! Anyway, I think this card is just stunning!

card designed by Diane Noble

This card was designed by Diane Noble of Diane's Designs - http://www.dianesdesigns.blogspot.com/

I LOVE every design I have ever seen of hers!
I am lucky enough to live really close to Diane and have spent time in her craft room with her! She also holds a special place in my heart because of her love for her two dogs - Daisy and Angel - and you all know how much I love my dogs!

Anyway, Diane almost ALWAYS has something special on the inside of her cards too as you can see from the second picture above.
I have more pictures of some of her cards that I'll be adding over the next few days. But, if you are impatient and want to see more of her creations please click on the link in the first part of this post and go directly to her blog!

2010 Monthly Card Swap - cards received for July

Sorry...it took me a few days longer than expected to get these added to my blog! Time is NOT being my friend lately!!! Anyway, these are the cards I received for the July swap. They are all so nice! If the creator included their name with their card it is added to the picture of the card. A couple forgot to include their name unfortunately! If you have any questions about the cards that have names on them just let me know and I'll put you in contact with the person who made the card!
