This is another of the cards we sent to Afghanistan! I so suck at making anniversary cards! I don't know why but I have some sort of mental block about them! I make them but I'm never really happy with them. Wonder what that's all about??? Anyway, here is the "recipe" I used to create this card:Stamp sets: Teeny Tiny Wishes, Always
Cardstock: Whisper White, Bravo Burgundy
Ink: Bravo Burgundy
Other: Bravo Burgundy 1/4" grosgrain ribbon, Stampin' Diminsionals, Scallop Oval punch
